Office and property photography for global real estate firm
Here are a selection of images taken over a number of days and at different locations for a global real estate investment firm in London.
New global head office photography
The new global head office, required images of the CEO walking and inspecting the floors of the soon to be completed office in Covent Garden, through to images after the completed fit out of staff enjoying the new spacious high tech office space.
Real estate firm – different London locations
The corporate photographs were taken at a large number of different London locations and show staff members at work in the real estate firm’s offices as well as some of the company’s new properties.
Motion blur
The key thing for office photography such as this is variety not just sticking to a standard formula. Motion blur for example can be used effectively to show off a new architectural feature, but show how it is being used and give it the good sense of scale.
Close-up photographs
Close-up almost macro photography is useful way to break up and change the pace of a series of images, shooting from different angles, showing collaboration, and solo working all make for a more comprehensive set of photographs which can be used in many ways over the year.
Use of final images
The final photographs will be used by the business on their website and for PR purposes.
Images like these can be useful in all different sorts of materials as well as for use on social media like LinkedIn where images might be required to illustrate a story.
New properties under construction
Piranha carried out photography of the team on location visiting various new properties under construction around London.
The real estate company was keen to show a sense of the work in progress and document the various stages of the projects.
